JG 608 by J.G. Works is an AEG replica based on a proven design featuring a side-folding stock and a v3 gearbox. The model combines a classic layout with the possibility of further upgrades and servicing based on widely available parts standards.
Construction and ergonomics
The receiver is made of polymer replicating the construction of the original firearm. The replica features a side-folding stock with a rubber butt pad, making transport and operation in confined spaces easier. A dual-sided fire selector allows comfortable handling for both right- and left-handed users. The battery is housed in the front handguard. A Picatinny rail with an integrated carrying handle is mounted on the top of the receiver and fitted with metal iron sights, allowing installation of a red dot sight or a rifle scope. The flash hider is mounted on a 14 mm CCW thread. The replica features an individual serial number.
Internal mechanism
The core of the replica is a v3 gearbox equipped with steel gears. The model features a quick spring change system, allowing spring replacement without removing the gearbox from the receiver. The construction remains compatible with parts dedicated to v3 gearbox-based replicas.
